The location is perfect, just a quick walk from the train station. and an easy reach to the vaporetto stop. The cleanliness was impressive. and the staff were super helpful and kind.

I stayed in the Economy Double Room for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, which was awesome after a long day exploring. The room was clean, and they refilled the toiletries daily, which was nice. The location was perfect for getting around Venice, and I loved having the canal view. The stairs were a hassle, though, especially with luggage, and the toilet had some issues that were a bit annoying.

The air conditioning wasn't available during my visit in late April, leading to uncomfortable warmth at night. opening windows wasn't a feasible solution due to mosquitoes. The room had issues with many dead bugs from previous guests, raising cleanliness concerns. The door locking mechanism didn't function properly, resulting in security worries. Furthermore, luggage storage consisted of an unsecure closet area that caused the contents to become hot and humid, making it an unreliable option.

Stairs can be a challenge but lovely view and comfortable room make it worthwhile.
